RELOCATION OF AIR VALVES
New style air valves are now able to be mounted on the FRONT of the labeler baseplate; this enables much easier access for maintenance, manual override, and visual sight of the solenoid pilot lights.
NEW COLOR TOUCHSCREEN PLC
The bottle feeder/labeler now is integrated together and operated by an easy to use Color Touchcreen PLC; this unit enables close monitoring of all feeder and labeler functions, as well as providing visual outputs of fault conditions and timer settings.
LARGE LABEL ROLL FEEDER
We now have an external label roll feeder, enabling the labeler to run twice as long before needing to change label rolls. Also, purchasing labels in larger rolls typically could save up to 2% on your label cost, resulting in payback in 1 year or less.
